Mobile Complete also sells dedicated Enterprise solutions, and recently launched a direct to consumer web-site called TryPhone.com to highlight our device virtualization technology.
Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly qualified Engineering Project Manager at our San Mateo headquarters. This individual would report directly to the company’s CTO, and will be responsible for scheduling, tracking and coordinating activities of 30+ Software Development and QA resources in local and off-shore teams.
Requirements: · BS/MS degree, preferably in a technical field· 5+ Years as a Project Manager for Enterprise Software, Hosted Software Services or related products· Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent organizational skills· Proven ability to work with both on-shore and off-shore teams· Understanding of technical project management best practices · Excellent cross-functional management skills· Team player/ability to work in start-up mode with a dynamic team
Additionally Desired Skills: · Knowledge of mobile industry, including handsets, network technologies, mobile content technologies (e.g. WAP/J2ME/BREW), mobile operating systems· Hardware development knowledge· Familiarity with off-shore development in Pakistan Mobile Complete’s headquarters is located at the Heart of Silicon Valley in San Mateo, California. Additional Sales offices are maintained in Europe and the Middle East. - Pre-launch testing capabilities that help deliver content (games, applications, portals, etc.) to market faster, cheaper, and with higher quality
- Pre-sales marketing and educational tools, so that consumers fully understand the wealth of applications and features available, and can actually try them out before purchasing
- Post-sales support tools to better support existing customers and their purchased products
- Ongoing monitoring and testing tools to ensure applications continue to perform throughout the life-cycle
